• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Required Language (s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent

Job Scopes

• Attain monthly sales quota and meet required sales activity level
• Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with new and existing customers
• Explore new sales opportunities and strengthen business networking
• Scheduling appointments for visiting customers
• To understand customer’s current system problems/requirements
• To prepare and conduct effective demo and presentation of the solutions
• Preparing, delivering and explaining quotation to the customer
• Perform all sales duties (marketing, prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service)
• Prepare sales & marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others
• Handle customer’s enquiry and follow up
• Issue Quotation, Sales Order, Jobsheet, and Proposal

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Execute day to day accounting activities i.e., sales invoicing, credit control, receipts and payments, voucher preparation, and related.
• Handle full set account and monthly closing before due date. 
• Conduct data entry into accounting system AP, AR, GL and monthly journal transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and reconciliation of group transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Create and Update expenses reports.
• Assist for preparing reporting if required. (Collection & Payment Report, Daily Bank Balance and Etc.)
• Assist for submit SST/GST if required.
• Assist for tax computation if required.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping.
• Prepare Claims and Payslip.
