AutoCount Cloud New Domain Announcement

The AutoCount Cloud New Domain will take effect from 12 September 2021. As part of AutoCount’s brand update, both AutoCount Cloud Accounting and AutoCount Cloud Payroll will move to new website addresses.

Therefore, all users should save the new links and follow the update instructions below. By preparing early, you can continue accessing the cloud systems without unnecessary disruption.

New AutoCount Cloud Domain Names

Update for AutoCount Cloud Accounting Users

AutoCount Cloud Accounting users will receive a notice when they log in to the system.

The AutoCount Cloud New Domain does not change the main purpose of the system. However, customers should start using the updated website address from the effective date.

Update for AutoCount Cloud Payroll Users

AutoCount Cloud Payroll users and mobile app users will also be affected by this change.

First, an email notice will be sent to Cloud Payroll users by 7 September 2021.

Next, an app notification is planned for AutoCount Cloud Payroll app users by 12 September 2021. However, the exact date may depend on the app’s availability in the App Store.

Finally, all users must update the AutoCount Cloud Payroll app to the latest version by 19 September 2021.

Therefore, we recommend checking for app updates regularly. Furthermore, completing the update early can help prevent future login or access issues.
