FMCO Work From Home arrangements are now in effect at Presoft. During the Full Movement Control Order (FMCO), part of our team will be working remotely to ensure the safety of our employees while continuing to provide uninterrupted support to our customers. Although our working arrangement has changed, our commitment to serving you remains the same.
Our business hours remain unchanged:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM โ 5:30 PM
Therefore, you can continue to contact our Sales Team and Support Team during normal office hours. Whether you need technical assistance, software support, product enquiries, or business consultation, our team is ready to help.
In addition, our remote working arrangement allows us to continue assisting customers safely while maintaining service quality. We encourage customers to contact us by phone or email instead of visiting our office during the FMCO period.
